Terms & Conditions

• Individuals are to make a minimum deposit every month for a period of 11 months.
• The account will be closed within 365 days form the date of being opened.
• The scheme covers the purchase of Gold & Diamond jewellery only. Gold copins can’t be purchased under the scheme.
• Payment for only one installation can be made in a month for an enrollment.
• If the individual does not pay the installment for more than 2 months, the scheme stands canceled & the principal amount will be refunded.
• The purchase against the deposit made in 11 months is to be made within 365 days, else the principal amount will be refunded without any benefit.
• The scheme is non transferable.
• The scheme can be altered, changed or suspended at the description of the company.
• No scheme can be merged or availed by combining any other scheme/benefit/offer or facility provided by Rama Krishna Jewellers with this scheme.
• No Customer can ask for scheme benefit during the period by offering to continue his or her installment. Scheme benefit can be availed only after completion of 11 months.
• Rama Krishna Can refund the deposit amount to the customer without any prior intimation upon changes in government policy.
• Gold rate on the date of purchase would be applicable. No gold rate booking facility will be available under this scheme.
