Book My Gold (Gold Price Booking): Upon initiating a booking for gold price via the Book My Gold feature on our application, we regret to inform you that cancellations and refunds are not permitted. However, customers are welcome to redeem their booking for physical gold jewelry or ornaments, in accordance with the booked price and metal purity (22KT or 18KT). All orders are considered final upon customer confirmation.
Gold Scheme Payments: Customers participating in our Gold SIP schemes through the Rama Krishna Jewelers mobile application are required to comply with the respective terms and conditions accepted during enrollment. Once enrolled, requests for cancellation and refund of payments made towards successful Gold Scheme (SIP) transactions will not be entertained.
